Shipping policy

All orders are processed with 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  All orders received by Craft Haven will be forwarded by courier.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, please allow additional days for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Craft Haven's online store uses NZ Couriers who endeavour to deliver items within the North Island overnight and over two nights to the South Island (subject to NZ Couriers standard delivery times).

All Standard Delivery purchases over $60 are Freight Fee via Track N Trace.
All Standard Delivery Purchases under $60 are charged $6.50 via Track N Trace.
All Rural Delivery Purchases  are charged $12.00 via Track N Trace.
